Homily for the 19th Sunday in Ordinary Time.

Many times we know we need to do something, but we just won't do it. Like a kid who wont eat his vegetables, many times we kick and scream ignoring what we know is good for us to do. Today Jesus tells us we need to eat Him. Do we recognize this need? Do we ignore his command? Are we willing to tell others they need Him too?
